Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, October 21, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent <br /> Mr. Seabury asked if the 6" line from the basement is gravity fed from the sewer. He did <br /> not see the foundation elevation. <br /> Joe Peltier, Fire Chief <br /> Mr. Peltier asked about the PDA. Mr. Schmigle said that the PDA's are included in the <br /> base contract. The sprinkler connection is located next to the front door. <br /> Mr. Peltier said that a Knox Box is required for the gates, and will be active using a farb. <br /> The farb will be connected to dispatch as well as the police cars. <br /> Ms. Laurent mentioned that this information should be included in the bid packages. <br /> Mr. Schmigle said that the building will be totally fire alarmed and sprinklered. <br /> Mr. Peltier asked if there will be a range hood. Mr. Schmigle said there will be no range. <br /> Mr. Rodney C. Collins <br /> Mr. Collins had no comments. <br /> Ms. Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Ms. Laurent asked if the auxiliary building requires a tight tank. Mr. Seabury stated that a <br /> tight tank is needed for anything that holds fuel that could drip onto the floor. <br /> Ms. Laurent mentioned that the sally port currently has an existing tight tank, and could <br /> be connected to the auxiliary building. <br /> Brian Tobin, Town Planner <br /> Mr. Tobin asked if the antenna depicted in the rendering was the actual structure. Mr. <br /> Schmigle said; no. It will be of similar elevation, is ground mounted. It will be fenced in <br /> and is approximately 75 ft. in height. The height of the building is approximately 50 ft. <br /> Mr. Morris asked if a Variance is required for the height. Ms. Laurent mentioned that it's <br /> a municipal facility, and may be exempt. <br /> Mr. Morris said that the maximum allowed height is 35 ft. measured as the average natural <br /> grade. The gross floor area is 26,710 sq. ft. <br /> 3 <br />
