MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 14, 2026 <br /> The Conservation Department comments dated January 9, 2026, were read into the record; <br /> "Resource Areas: Buffer zone to Coastal Bank & buffer zone to Salt Marsh. Administrative <br /> Approval was issued due to replacement of sauna tubes with diamond piles, existing sauna tubes <br /> will remain, and work will be conducted by hand only." <br /> The Board of Health comments dated January 12, 2026 were read into the record: "Deck work <br /> only". <br /> There were no Board questions. There were no comments from Mr. Morris. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Reidy so moved. Mr. Furbush <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion in reference to the application. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding for 110 Summersea Road with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Existing & Proposed Conditions Plan, prepared for Steven Damalas, Date: <br /> Oct. 20, 2025, Scale: 1" = 20', Rev: 10/23/25, 1/8/26. Prepared by: Richard Hood, PLS, <br /> No.: 3 503 1. <br /> 3. Drawings: Exterior Finishes, North and South Elevation, Diamond Pier Footing. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including but not <br /> limited to the Conservation Department and Board of Health. <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6.
