Questions were also raised regarding stormwater chamber sizing and runoff conveyance <br /> details, roof drainage routing, work within the golf course easement, and erosion control during construction. The <br /> applicant agreed to provide additional plan clarifications, obtain written acknowledgment from the golf course <br /> regarding temporary disturbance within the easement, and comply with proposed monitoring requirements. <br /> The Commission discussed potential special conditions, including submission of finalized nitrogen <br /> calculations, clarification of roof runoff connections, weekly construction monitoring with photographs during <br /> foundation work, monthly monitoring thereafter until stabilization, and restoration plantings within any <br /> temporarily disturbed easement areas. No public comment was received. <br /> MOTION: To close an issue at 16 Slice Way with the following conditions: <br /> 1. A final nitrogen load calculation provided to staff <br /> 2. Written notification and photos from the golf course in regards to the <br /> easement <br /> 3. Weekly monitoring plan during excavation and backfill, and then <br /> monthly after that until the project is completed <br /> 4. Three-year monitoring plan for plantings <br /> 5.
