He <br />proposes a MicroFast System (by Bio-Microbics, Inc. General Use), with a pump <br />which will go to front of property with a typical 500-gallon chamber and crushed <br />stone field. This will be away from wetland resources and there will be a reduction <br />in nitrogen loading from 14.3 ppm to 10.8 ppm with the FAST system. <br /> <br />Agent Seabury explains that the FAST system is one of the best systems out there <br />and there will be a sleeve over the water line which will be above the SAS. <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Ring asked about the location of the system and how it will be pumped <br />if they don’t know the location. <br /> <br />Mr. Rowland assured him that they will find it and pump it out prior to removing <br />and installing the FAST system. <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Ring is favorable of the technology and notes that it is an improvement <br />to the current system. <br /> <br />Mr. John Livingston makes a motion to approve the variances for 21 Uncatina Rd. <br /> <br />Motion seconded. Motion approved. <br /> <br />Mr. John Livingston opens the meeting for public comment. <br /> <br />Meeting is open for Public Comment. <br />1.
