<br />The Board sets the next meeting date. <br /> <br />Agent Seabury discussed the next meeting, currently scheduled for February 4, <br />2026. Several board members indicated they may have prior commitments, <br />raising concerns about whether a quorum will be present. As an alternative, <br />Agent Seabury proposed February 18, 2026, as the next meeting date.
