The <br /> project involved new residential construction with associated mitigation plantings adjacent to an inland <br /> resource area. <br /> Staff confirmed that the dwelling was relocated further from the resource area as approved, and that <br /> the work was completed in accordance with the Order of Conditions. Site inspection confirmed <br /> compliance. <br /> The project includes extended mitigation monitoring requirements.
