Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MOTION: To close an issue for 34 Quaker Run Road with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> • A three-year mitigation and monitoring plan; <br /> • Submission of a detailed planting plan identifying specific native <br /> species and locations; <br /> • Inclusion of additional mitigation plantings as discussed; <br /> • Plantings within the vista pruning corridor to consist of low- <br /> growing species to avoid future conflict with pruning; <br /> • The proposed bluestone walkway shall be installed flush with <br /> grade to allow for proper sheet flow runoff,subject to staff review. <br /> Motion by: Richard Sahl Seconded by: Sandi Godfrey <br /> Discussion: During discussion, it was clarified that the expanded mitigation <br /> area proposed by the applicant shall be incorporated into the <br /> detailed planting plan. <br /> Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br /> (Steve Cook,Paul Colombo, Sandi Godfrey, Seana Pitt,Richard Sahl) <br /> COC 42 Wheeler Road, Marcio DeJesus. Proposed mitigation and new construction. <br /> (Representative: Cauley Site Services LLC) 43- <br /> 3252 <br /> The Commission reviewed the request for a Certificate of Compliance for 42 Wheeler Road. The <br /> project involved new residential construction with associated mitigation plantings adjacent to an inland <br /> resource area. <br /> Staff confirmed that the dwelling was relocated further from the resource area as approved, and that <br /> the work was completed in accordance with the Order of Conditions. Site inspection confirmed <br /> compliance. <br /> The project includes extended mitigation monitoring requirements.
