The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, followed by a moment of silence. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES — December 02, 2025 <br /> MOTION: <br /> Sharon Muller made a motion to accept the meeting minutes as written. Seconded <br /> by Denise Geoffrion. All in favor. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> Ron Bonvie— Future Affordable Development <br /> Chair Sparkes had a conversation with Mr. Bonvie, as they share a common goal to develop <br /> more affordable housing. There is a desire to include 50-100% affordable, instead of limiting it <br /> to 25% for a development. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Update on CPC <br /> The AHC and Affordable Housing Trust filed a joint application to the CPC for$500,000, to be <br /> transferred to the Trust, to then be utilized when projects or studies arise. The CPC voted to <br /> approve that funding unanimously. An Article will be drafted for Town Meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Barrett Planning Presentation-Alexis Lanzilotta <br /> Town Planner, Brian Tobin is excited to kick off this speaker series with Barrett Planning Group. <br /> This is a great opportunity for new committee members to build knowledge and engage.
