When it comes to restrictions, the <br /> developer has a regulatory agreement with Mass Housing, and the town has its own regulatory <br /> agreement. There is a town restriction, and a mass housing restriction between the developer <br /> and mass housing for 15-30 years. She has seen communities require additional language <br /> stating come expiration, but the restriction continues. Phase 1A and the next phase have a <br /> new regulatory agreement for the 54 units, and each phase will have a new regulatory <br /> agreement. <br /> Speaker Series Schedule <br /> Speakers are scheduled for February, March, and April. Next meeting will host the Barnstable <br /> Home Consortium. <br /> Review of Mission Statement <br /> Chair Sparkes encouraged members to review the Local Comprehensive Plan for affordable <br /> housing initiatives, and ensure our mission aligns with that. He is looking at other mission <br /> statements from local towns. The General Town Bylaw notes the purpose statement is to <br /> provide guidance. <br /> Webpage Maintenance <br /> The Affordable Housing tab on the website needs updating. It holds agendas and other <br /> important affordable housing updates. Chair Sparkes is looking for someone willing to add <br /> content.
