The Chair sent the final copy of the approved 6th edition bylaws to Trustee <br /> members. <br /> Outreach Discussion <br /> The Library Director suggested using the March meeting as a working session <br /> to create a general presentation that can be tweaked depending on the audience. <br /> Joan Lyons spoke with a memberof the Mashpee Kiwanis Club, a sponsorof the <br /> mini golf tournament, who was very enthusiastic about offering a presentation to <br /> their club. <br /> Proposed Ideas: <br /> - The Rotary Club <br /> - Chamber of Commerce <br /> - Men's Club at the COA <br /> - Laurentide(open house coming up): They may want books broughtto them or <br /> have streaming and eBooks installed on their devices. <br /> - The Tribal Government Center <br /> - Digital Literacy within the schools <br /> Homework: <br /> Bring content ideas to the next meeting for a working session on the Trustee's <br /> outreach presentation. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> Ruth Nickerson announced she will not be running for re-election. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: <br /> Ann Macdonald made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Board of <br /> Library Trustees at 7:05PM.
