A new policy came from the Town regarding requests for technology and <br /> broadcast support for public meetings. If a Zoom is required there are guidelines <br /> for how to request that from the Town. The library has their own Zoom account, <br /> but IT said everyone needs to follow this policy for their public meetings. <br /> Policies <br /> Bulletin Board Policy <br /> The Library Director is looking for a vote to approve the policy draft. Ms. <br /> Mahoney has decided to allow limited use of QR codes, with the appropriate <br /> disclosures. There is a cybersecurity disclaimer on the back of the policy, and it <br /> will also be posted on the bulletin board. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mary LeClair made a motion to approve the Bulletin Board Policy as <br /> presented. The Author Luncheon <br /> with Emily Franklin is scheduled for October 15t".
