When major changes are <br /> made, it has to be publicly notified with a comment period for 20 days. State approval comes <br /> from the Secretary of Environmental Affairs. The ZBA is not a state entity, the Nitrogen Plan <br /> has to change for TMDLs for embankments. <br /> CHAIRS REPORT <br /> None. <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> None. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- Wychmere Beach Club expansion was sent to the CCC as a <br /> DRI for a raise and replace. Currently there are 32 rooms, to <br /> be replaced and increased to 72 rooms. There will be new <br /> wastewater treatment and updates to parking and <br /> stormwater management. <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- Meets next week to think about buying that property. The <br /> CPC was very clear with the Historical Commission to put in <br /> an application to move that building elsewhere, the property <br /> owner is willing to sell the building. There is a demolition <br /> delay of 18 months. The property owner is friendly and <br /> supportive of the Mashpee community. $400,000 allocated <br /> for exterior work. <br /> Design Review- Next Meeting: March 3, 2026. <br /> Plan Review- Discussed Verizon Cell Co. tower application before the <br /> CCC under a DRI review. <br /> 20 <br />
