There will be a meeting with the <br /> developer on March 18t" or 19t", Mr. Balzarini will attend. <br /> Osprey Court could also switch over, as Tighe & Bond is responsible for The Cottages phase, <br /> it may make sense. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> LCP Review and Update <br /> Heritage and Preservation Chapter <br /> Ms. Waygan stated a lot of thoughtful comments were provided by Ava Costello, Chair of the <br /> Historical Commission. <br /> Starting on page 1-37, Ms. Waygan had nothing to provide for Goals HP1-HP4. <br /> Regarding HP-4, Mr. Tobin changed wording to `desirable'. <br /> Ms. Costello's comment for HP-3 to include supporting Mashpee's unique cultural heritage in <br /> the schools and the general public. <br /> Action HP-2 was changed to say adopt architectural standards for our historic district and <br /> areas. <br /> 2 <br />
