of TMs s,s
z.
Aannin Board
c
16 Great Neck Road NOYth
wlashpee, Aassachusetts 02649
CHAIRS REPORT
Ms. Waygan said On Commons LLC submit an application to the ZBA for a Ch.40B
comprehensive permit at the corner of Jobs Fishing Road and Rt. 28. It all goes before the
ZBA, they submit to local committees and boards for comment, as well as the Cape Cod
Commission. At the next meeting she would like to formulate some comments to send to the
ZBA, who will act on behalf of the Planning Board.
Ms. Waygan would like that added to the packet for the Board to go through, see if the Board
still feels the same, or maybe the project changed.
Mr. Tobin stated the current application will be sent to the Board, it will be added to the
website, and in that submission is another traffic study.
Mr. Milbury elaborated that meeting with the Town Manager for the Town wide traffic study will
happen next week. At the last meeting, the Board voted for Mr. Tobin to work on this matter, it
was also decided Mike Milbury will represent the Planning Board.
They will seek other bids, as it would be wise to have a few quotes, but that can be left for the
Procurement Officer.
TOWN PLANNER REPORT
AHC Speaker Series
Mr. Tobin commented the Affordable Housing Committee had another installment of their
speaker series, this month with POAH and HAC, and Mary LeClair was the guest of honor.
Both presenters were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to interact
with. It was a successful talk that got into some sophisticated breakdowns for LIHTC funding.
Overall, the series has been very informative.
BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS
Cape Cod Commission- No Report
Community Preservation
Committee- Last meeting canceled, Chair is currently at the special
Select Board meeting for Warrant Articles.
5
