Dimensional letters on front, <br /> side and rear elevations. <br /> Front and side 28 sq. ft., rear 17 sq. ft. <br /> Mr. Mike Caggiano, with Plymouth Sign presented the signage request for the food <br /> establishment located at 35 South St. The new signs will be mounted in the same location on <br /> the building as the previous business that happens to be a similar use business. The acrylic <br /> lettering will be non-illuminated, and the colors are red, black and white. There are three <br /> goose-neck lamps that exist from the previous business. The square footage for the front and <br /> side signs is 28 sq. ft., and the rear sign consists of 17 sq. ft. The Committee reviewed the <br /> sign renderings and were satisfied with the size, shape, and mounted locations on the existing <br /> building. <br /> Mr. Morris mentioned that the applicant will need to apply for a sign permit with the Building <br /> Department. There were no more comments from the Committee. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Committee approve the signs as presented. Mr. Balzarini <br /> second. All were in favor. <br />
