Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, March 3, 2026 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> 8:45 am Project Address: 681 Falmouth Rd. (Unit B-11) <br /> Business Name: The Clam Man (Retail Fish Market) <br /> Owners: Matt Rocheleau and Marc Rocheleau <br /> Project: To install 144" x 30" black and gold sign with gold leaf trim (length and <br /> width are the same as existing). The sconce lights and stand exist from previous <br /> tenants. <br /> Mr. Marc Rocheleau and Matt Rocheleau presented their sign request for their retail fish <br /> market business. The sign consists of black and gold with gold leaf trim lettering that is three <br /> quarter inch sign board. The non-illuminated sign is 144" by 30", will be mounted on the roof <br /> line, and is in the same location as the previous business. <br /> Mr. Morris mentioned that roof signs are generally not allowed, however the new sign will be <br /> mounted in the same location as the previous business and is considered pre-existing <br /> nonconforming. There were no other comments from the Committee. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to approve the sign request as presented. Mr. Balzarini second. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> There were no additional topics discussed. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Furbush so moved. Mr. Balzarini second. All <br /> were in favor of adjourning.
