Town of Mashpee <br /> ins, seta 16 Great Neck Road North, <br /> r� g Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> 2�� UY(3MUW t+A'S��'2 <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APEALS <br /> MARCH 25, 2026 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, March <br /> 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North. Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, <br /> Jonathan Furbush, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Charles Reidy, George <br /> Ganzenmuller, and Michael Morizio. <br /> Chair, Ron Bonvie, opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings <br /> were being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 71-B Echo Road: Petitioners, Patrick Hehir and Charlie Schmalz, with a business <br /> named Sand Ss Reef, request a Modification to an existing Special Permit (SP-2015- <br /> 13), to allow for a boat sales office only on property located in an I-1 Zoning District, <br /> Map 19, Parcel 3-5, Mashpee, MA (Owner of Record: DECH, LLC, Pamela M. <br /> Gangemi, Trustee). (Received withdrawal letter from applicant). <br /> Sitting on this hearing was Ms. Sangeleer, Mr. Furbush, Mr. Goldstein, Mr. Bonvie <br /> and Mr. Reidy. <br /> The Board received an email letter dated February 26, 2026, from Charlie Schmalz <br /> requesting a withdrawal. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for the letter to be read into the record. Mr. Reidy read the letter <br /> into the record. Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the withdrawal letter <br /> regarding 71-B Echo Road. Mr. Furbush so moved. Ms. Sangeleer second. All were <br /> in favor of accepting the withdrawal letter. <br /> I <br />
