Members Absent: Lisa Meizinger Others Present: Kimberly Conn, and Members of the Public Select Board Members Present: Selectwoman Michaela A. Wyman-Colombo, Selectman David W. Weeden, Selectman John J. Cotton, Selectman Michael Richardson, Selectwoman Tracy Kelley-Wilson, To Manager Rodney C. Collins, and Assistant Town Manager Wayne E. Taylor. Meeting Called to Order: The Selectboard meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Michaela A. Wyman-Colombo, Select Board Chair.A motion to convene the joint meeting with the Mashpee Housing Authority was made by Selectman Richardson and seconded by Selectman Cotton. Motion Carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Roll Call: Selectwoman Wyman- Colombo - YES, Selectman Weeden - YES, Selectman Cotton - YES, Selectman Richardson - YES, Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson - YES. Jill Allen called to order the meeting of the Mashpee Housing Authority to order at 6:03 pm. A motion was made by Mary LeClair and seconded by Richard Klein to convene the Mashpee Housing Authority joint meeting with the Select Board. Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. Roll Call Jill Allen—Yes, Mary LeClair—Yes, Richard Klein—Yes. It was explained that each interview would be conducted during the joint meeting and limited to ten minutes per applicant. Each candidate would be asked the same series of five questions, and if time allowed, applicants would be given the opportunity to elaborate or add additional comments. Following the interviews, nominations would be called. In accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, a nomination may be seconded, though a second is not required. A motion was made by Selectman Weeden to approve the interview process and seconded by Selectman Cotton. 8-Ayes, 0-Nays.
