Lvnne Barbee, Candidate: Lynne Barbee was interviewed for the Mashpee Housing Authority vacancy. She stated she has regularly attended meetings since 2023 and is motivated by the board's responsibility to advocate for low-income housing and tenant interests. She expressed a strong commitment to supporting tenants, encouraging civic engagement, and sharing resources, including assistance related to accessibility. Barbee cited her consistent meeting attendance, involvement with the Affordable Housing Committee, and work on the affordable housing plan as relevant experience. Candidate: oh ad Fand was inter-viewed for the Mashpee Housing Authority vacancy. He stated that he had concerns regarding whether the town could hold a joint meeting for the interviews and referenced notices he had sent outlining his concerns point by point. He emphasized the importance of understanding and applying rules and regulations, noting that the matter was one of legality. Fand declined to participate further in the interview process.
