Meetin Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:32 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, <br /> Richard Klein, and Lisa Meizinger. <br /> 2. Ag2roval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of November 13, 2025. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> minutes of the General Session held on November 13, 2025, seconded by Mr. Klein. <br /> Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report, & Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed October 2025, and November <br /> 2025 Financials, the current reserve level was at 69.80% but is compared to last year's <br /> budget since the budget has not been approved. The reserve levels will reduce closer to <br /> budget once the budget is approved due to retro pay and extraordinary maintenance items. <br /> Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the October 2025, & November 2025 Financials, <br /> seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The board then reviewed the <br /> November 2025, & December 2025 Warrants, items discussed were plumbing repairs, <br /> capital project payments, and the state-aided property insurance annual payment. Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the November 2025, and December 2025 Warrants, as <br /> discussed, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn her <br /> reviewed the Maintenance and Ad in Stiped Proposal. After a brief discussion, Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the staff stipend proposal for three staff members <br /> totaling$2,000.00, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />
