4. Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn happily reported that there are no <br /> vacancies and that all properties are fully leased. There are eight outstanding rents, six are <br /> under repayment agreement, and two will need to be written off. Capital Project 172086 <br /> for the Homeyer Villag 2 -unit Mixing Valve Replacement has been completed. Project <br /> 172058 Homeyer Village Roof, Windows, & Siding update is that Executive Office of <br /> Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) has assigned a design architect, Leonardi <br /> Aray Architects. Ms. Conn reviewed the Designer Fee proposal with the board. Ms. <br /> LeClair moved to approve the Designer Fee Proposal in the amount of $78,300 to <br /> Leonardi Aray Architects,seconded by Ms.Meizinger.Motion carried.4-Ayes,0-Nays. <br /> Mr. Klein inquired about an elevator for Homeyer Village, but this is not included in the <br /> current project, Other Capital Projects in progress are upgrades to the dumpster enclosure, <br /> and paving improvements around the dumpster. Ms. Conn updated the board on the MBI <br /> tenant internet access; installation at Homeyer is complete and they are scheduled to install <br /> at Breezy Acres next week. <br /> 5. 'Old Business: Mr. Klein reported that there were four or five applications submitted to the <br /> CPC for review for Town Meeting, two applications were recommended, one being the <br /> Homeyer Village application for $222,565, and the Affordable Housing Committee <br /> presented an application for $500,000 for future land purchases. The two other projects <br /> presented were not immediately approved and needed follow up were for historical <br /> preservation, the First Pentecostal Church, and 701 South Great Neck Road. Ms. Conn <br /> reported that the CPA application was approved for Town Meeting, Ms. Conn, and <br /> Assistant Director, Jennifer Haskell presented to the Affordable Housing Committee on <br /> Mashpee Housing Authority Programs and waitlists, the presentation went very well. <br /> 6. New Business: The board discussed the joint meeting with the Selectboard, the official <br /> posting of the board vacancy, and created a list of questions to be submitted for the <br /> interviews. Mr. Klein moved to have the Executive Director summarize the questions <br /> discussed,and submit tote Select board,seconded by Ms.Meizinger.Motion carried. <br /> 4-Ayes, O-Nays. Ms. Conn then reviewed the State-Aided Property Insurance Program <br /> Participation Agreement. Ms. LeClair moved to approve the State-Aided Property <br /> Insurance Participation Agreement, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion carried, 4- <br /> Ayes, 0-bays. <br /> 7. Other Business: The board discussed the recent Affordable Housing Committee meeting <br /> where the new Town Planner put together a series of presentations,with the first one being <br /> Barrett Planning who worked with the To to create the Housing Production Plan. Board <br /> members were intrigued by the information presented. <br /> 8. Correspondence/Communications: None. <br /> 9. 'Next Meeting Date and Time:Next meeting February 12, 2026, 5:30 PM at Asher's Path <br /> Community Room, I Carleton Drive. Mr. Klein reported that he will be away and will not <br /> be present at the next meeting. <br />
