Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:31 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen,Mary LeClair,Lisa <br /> Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> ® Agproval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: The board agreed to add the September 11, <br /> 025,minutes to the agenda. Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the general session <br /> minutes of September 11, 2025, as presented. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> September 11, 2025, minutes, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0- <br /> Nays, Richard Klein-Abstained. The board then discussed the minutes of October 9, 2025. <br /> Mr.Klein moved to approve the minutes of October 9,2025,seconded by Ms.LeClair. <br /> Motion carried. 3-Ayes, 0-Nays, Lisa Meizinger-Abstained. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report & Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the 9/30/2025 quarterly financials <br /> with the current reserve level at 63.73%, higher than anticipated because the budget has <br /> not been approved yet and extraordinary expenses have been limited toemergencies only. <br /> The reserve levels are expected to be just below 50% at year-end, Ms. Meizinger moved <br /> to approve 9/30/2025 quarterly financials, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4- <br /> Ayes, 0-Nays. The board then reviewed the October 2025 Warrants and discussed the <br /> payment to Bath Access of New England in the amount of$1,450.00, which was for a tub <br /> cut out that will be reimbursed through the capital plan. Ms.Meizinger moved to approve <br /> the October 2025 Warrants,as discussed,seconded by Ms.LeClair. Motion carried. 4- <br /> Ayes, O-Nays. <br /> tt <br />
