He noted that the <br /> structure will remain a three-bedroom home and that the lower level of the addition will be designed in <br /> compliance with floodplain regulations, including flood vents, and used for garage and storage purposes only. <br /> Mr. Dib stated that the Board of Health has approved minor modifications to the existing septic system, <br /> including the addition of a component to the septic tank.
