(coat. 3.19) <br /> Mark Dib of Cape & Islands Engineering presented the project, explaining that the property is located <br /> entirely within an AE-12 flood zone and that the proposal includes an 18-by-27-foot garage addition on the <br /> easterly side of the dwelling, with a second-story expansion to an existing bedroom. He noted that the <br /> structure will remain a three-bedroom home and that the lower level of the addition will be designed in <br /> compliance with floodplain regulations, including flood vents, and used for garage and storage purposes only. <br /> Mr. Dib stated that the Board of Health has approved minor modifications to the existing septic system, <br /> including the addition of a component to the septic tank.
