Agent Seabury points out if <br />the owners go with the tank before the cesspool, they may be able to route the <br />plumbing now for the eventual sewer hookup. <br /> <br />Mr. Ring makes a motion to grant the temporary variance from the 1000’ set back on the <br />condition that a suitably sized tank is installed in the interim and that the home is hooked <br />to sewer as soon as possible. That Agent Seabury drafts an agreement to be signed by the <br />homeowners to have the system pumped out until the sewer hooked up. Agent Seabury <br />suggests after three months of use there be an inspection of the cesspool to make sure it <br />is not failing. <br /> <br />Mr. Virgilio seconds the motion. All in favor. No comments. <br /> <br />HEALTH AGENT DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Agent Seabury expressed concern that a member of another board may have <br />misinterpreted Title 5 and Zone II regulations and requested that the record reflect the <br />correct information. He has communicated with the agents of the other board to <br />address the issue and clarify any misinformation.
