MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 8, 2026 <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read in the record <br /> including but not limited to the Board of Health and Conservation <br /> Department comments. <br /> S. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6. Conditioned that the applicant seeks and obtains the Planning <br /> Department review in reference to the Tree Bylaw Chapter 175 of the Town <br /> Bylaws prior to the application of a building permit. <br /> 7. The Board finds under §174-17.1 and §174-33 that the proposed project <br /> as submitted is not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood <br /> than the pre-existing conditions, and that there is adequate land area on <br /> the subject to provide sufficient parking, and there are no new <br /> nonconformities being created. <br /> Mr. Furbush second, yes, <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Caggiano, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes. <br /> All were in favor of approving the Special Permit. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Approve March 25, 2026, Meeting Minutes. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve the March 25, 2026, meeting minutes. <br /> Mr. Reidy second. All were in favor of approving the meeting minutes. <br /> Mr. Caggiano made a motion to close the meeting. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were <br /> in favor.
