Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission 16 Great Neck Road North Mashpee, MA 02649 input. Additional studies were anticipated. The project timeline projected completion by the end of winter 2029, subject to permitting and regulatory constraints. Harbor Management Committee Staff reported that the Harbor Management Plan was currently under review by Chapter 91. Guided Nature Tours—April Schedule Staff announced that the annual herring festival would be held on April 23 at the Wampanoag Museum. The event would include educational programming and cultural demonstrations related to herring harvesting. Poppy Spit Dredge (No discussion occurred.) 110 Popponesset Island Road Staff reported that the property remained an active violation case. The matter was currently pending legal response, and enforcement actions, including potential fines, were under consideration. Bylaw Review Working Group The Commission discussed scheduling a meeting of the Bylaw Review Working Group. It was agreed that a meeting should be scheduled in the near future to begin discussing potential concepts and proposed revisions. • Communication/Correspondence: (Public Comment solicited for each update): None discussed. • Additional Topics: The Chair announced that he would be absent from the next scheduled meeting and that Ms. Thornbrugh would serve as Chair in his absence. It was noted that the upcoming meeting agenda was expected to be substantial. The Commission discussed anticipated attendance,noting that four members were expected to be present. It was further discussed that,if necessary to maintain a quorum, associate members may be contacted to attend.
