Vista Pruning. <br /> (Representative: Popponesset Beach Association) 43- <br /> 3121 <br /> At the outset of the discussion, Commissioner Seana Pitt recused herself from the matter. <br /> James LaCasse of Water&Wetland,joined by Karen Bertillo,New England Permit Coordinator, presented <br /> the request on behalf of the applicant for a three-year extension of the existing Order of Conditions. He <br /> stated that no changes to the previously approved aquatic management program are proposed and that the <br /> request is solely to extend the current authorization. <br /> Mr. LaCasse explained that the project addresses nuisance densities of native aquatic vegetation, as well as <br /> invasive variable milfoil, which have negatively impacted the pond's ecosystem.
