The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, followed by a moment of silence. APPROVAL OF MINUTES —January 06, 2025 Chair Sparkes referenced page 2 under the SHI, he stated the SHI helps measure local progress with methods to gain safe harbor. Under Deed Restricted, the state policy permits all units on 40B for a rental project. Lastly, on page 4, Chair Sparkes stated the permit notes whether deed restriction is in perpetuity or not. MOTION: Denise Geoffrion made a motion to accept the meeting minutes of January 06, 2026 as amended. Seconded by Sharon Muller. All in favor. OLD BUSINESS Review and Update of AHC Website The Chair updated the website with some current documents. Going forward, he would like to see if others could maintain updating or enhance what is there. The current HPP is posted, along with a description of the current Speaker Series. He plans to add the SHI Report and is looking for other ideas. Ms. Geoffrion would like to add the meeting videos, meeting agendas, and a link for the minutes. If someone is struggling with housing trouble, where can they go for resources? She would think someone would look into what this committee does. There should be a link or a 1
