<br />Select Board <br />March 23, 2026 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />6:05 Public Hearing: Petition #19541127, dated February 20, 2026, Jackbon Road, NStar <br />Electric Company dba Eversource Energy – Jessica Elder, Eversource Right of Way Agent <br />(Caller) <br />At 6:05 PM, a public hearing was held for Petition #19541127 (dated February 20, <br />2026) submitted by NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy, represented by <br />Jessica Elder. <br /> <br />Robin Hope of 50 Jackbon Road asked about the scope, location, duration, and <br />potential disruption of the project. Julie Longa of Eversource explained that a small <br />electrical box will be installed in the right-of-way in front of 42 Jackbon Road, with <br />work involving boring under the street to connect to an existing pole; the equipment <br />will be flush with the ground and minimally visible, with no anticipated service <br />interruptions. <br /> <br /> Riley Patterson, 42 Jackbon Road, asked if the work was related to the sewer project, <br />and Julie confirmed it is intended to provide electrical service to a new sewer pump <br />station. <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to close the Public Hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
