<br />Select Board <br />March 23, 2026 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to approve the petition WO #19541127, dated <br />February 20, 2026, Jackbon Road, NStar Electric Company dba Eversource Energy. To <br />allow NSTAR Electric Company dba Eversource Energy to locate underground cables, <br />conduits, and manholes, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, <br />in, under, along and across the following public way: Jackbon Road, Mashpee. <br />Motion seconded by Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson. <br />Selectman Weeden raised a question about the wording of the motion, noting concern with <br />the use of the term “locate” and asking whether the intent was to both locate and install. <br />Chair Wyman-Colombo clarified that “locate” was being used in the sense of placing the <br />equipment. <br />Motion amended by Selectman Weeden to correct the language by replacing “locate” <br />with “install” and to proceed with the motion as amended. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
