He also said the project moved too quickly and <br />that nearby residents were not properly informed. <br />Barrows asked the Board to consider enclosing the courts, relocating them, or shutting <br />them down due to the noise. <br />Chair Wyman-Colombo said the Board needs time to review the documents and <br />recommended putting the issue on a future agenda.
