Town of Mashpee <br /> ins, seta 16 Great Neck Road North. <br /> r� g Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> 2�� UY(3MUW t+A'S��'2 <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, July 15, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Design Review Committee Members Present: Dave Morris, Jonathan Furbush, Karen <br /> Faulkner. <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 8:30 am. <br /> 8:30 am Project Address: 11 Evergreen Circle <br /> Business Name: TRAIN FULL SEND <br /> AGENT: Mark Connolly, with Fastsigns <br /> Request: New Business Sign, 24 sq. ft. located on <br /> existing building. <br /> Mr. Connolly provided the Committee a rendering of the 24 sq. ft. sign that will be mounted <br /> above the entrance to the newly constructed commercial space at 11 Evergreen Circle. The <br /> business consists of an exercise training facility. The sign is constructed with an aluminum <br /> box with hallo lit lettering within the box. The lettering colors are black and white vinyl. <br /> Ms. Faulkner confirmed that the building sign does not exceed 10% of the aggregate. <br /> There were no other comments. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Committee accept the application as presented. The <br /> business name; Train Full Send, with the building sign being 24 sq. ft., and is not more than <br /> 10% of the front wall or 5% of the total aggregate of the building. Ms. Faulkner second. <br /> Discussion: A unit number might be required for the building. Mr. Morris will review during <br /> the permitting process. <br /> All were in favor to approve the building sign as submitted. <br /> I <br />
