<br />Motion made by Select Board Member Weeden <br /> <br />Motion: I move the Town vote to approve Article 6 as printed in the warrant, with the exception <br />of the phrase “or take any other action relating thereto”, to pay the cost items of the first fiscal <br />year of the collective bargaining agreement between the Town and the MASS. C.O.P., Local 324, <br />Unit A – Patrol Officers and Detectives, for the period beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, <br />2029.” <br /> <br />Motion passes 295 to 27 at 8:34PM <br /> <br /> <br />Article 7 <br /> <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $43,040 from revenue available for <br />appropriation to fund the MASS. C.O.P., Local 324, Unit B – Sergeants, effective July 1, 2026, with <br />said funds to be distributed to various salary line items by the Town Accountant, or take any other <br />action relating thereto. <br />Submitted by the Select Board <br /> <br />Explanation: This article will fund the negotiated adjustments to the MASS.
