Seconded by Mr. Millbury. All in favor. Ms. Faulkner <br /> abstains. <br /> Topspin Way Next Steps <br /> This is very time sensitive, this will go to the Board of Health and is on our November 19th <br /> Agenda. Mr. Tobin would like to get this subdivision to the new engineer as soon as possible. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- The Board would like to have the representative from <br /> Mashpee Ernie Virgilio come speak to the Board. Ms. <br /> Waygan would like him to help work on the LCP. <br /> Charter Review Committee- December 2nd is the submission deadline for Warrant <br /> Articles. Once Town Counsel is fine with one last item, <br /> a final report will be drafted, and items that couldn't be <br /> resolved will be listed. It will go to Town Meeting then <br /> a vote in May. <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- No Meeting <br /> Design Review- Meeting canceled, application was pulled. <br /> Plan Review- No Meeting <br /> Environmental Oversight <br /> Committee- No Report <br /> Historic District Commission- No Report <br /> Next Meeting: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 @ 6:30PM <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: <br /> Ms. Faulkner made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Mashpee Planning <br /> Board at 9:34PM.
