<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />March 12,2026 <br /> <br />Motion seconded by Richard Weiner. <br />Vote:6-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br />Discussion highlighted the role of the Affordable Housing Trust and the <br />importance of having available funds to act on housing opportunities when they <br />arise. <br />Article 14, To appropriate and transfer $100,000.00 from the Community <br />Preservation Fund Budget for Appropriation Reserve to fund the First <br />Pentecostal Church's exterior historic renovation project. <br />The building has been designated as historic, and the requested funds would <br />be used solely for exterior restoration.
