Committee <br />members noted that this represents a significant savings compared to earlier <br />projections as high as $300 million. It was also emphasized that having a plan in <br />place improves the town’s ability to move forward financially and meet its <br />commitment to clean water initiatives. <br />Article 7, To appropriate and transfer $250,000.00 from the Ambulance <br />Reserved Receipts Account to the Fire Department Overtime Salary Account and <br />the Medicare Expense Account <br />Motion made by Richard Weiner to recommend Article 7. <br />Motion seconded by Anne Schnader. <br />Vote:6-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br />Article 8, To appropriate and transfer funds from the Cemetery Reserved <br />Receipts Fund for the design/engineering of plans for the expansion of Great Neck <br />Woods Cemetery.
