<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />March 26,2026 <br /> <br />Motion seconded by Greg McKelvey <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />Article #11 – Transfer Community Preservation Fund Open Space and Recreation <br />Reserve funds to the KC Coombs Preschool Playground resurfacing project <br />The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this article to use <br />community preservation open space and recreation reserve funds to resurface the KC <br />Coombs Preschool Playground. This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to accept the explanation for Article 11. <br />Motion seconded by Anne Schnader. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />Article #12 – Transfer Community Preservation Fund Budget for Appropriation Reserve <br />funds to the Mashpee Housing Authority's Homeyer Village Siding, Window and Door <br />Replacement Project <br />The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this article to use <br />community preservation fund to budget for appropriation reserve to fund Mashpee Housing <br />Authority's Homeyer Village Siding, Window and Door Replacement Project. This article will <br />have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to accept the explanation for Article 12. <br />Motion seconded by Anne Schnader. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br />13 <br /> <br /> <br />
