<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />March 26,2026 <br /> <br />Article #13 – Transfer Community Preservation Fund Budget for A?ordable Housing <br />Reserve funds to the Mashpee A?ordable Housing Trust <br />The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this article to <br />allocate CPA funds to enable the Mashpee A?ordable Housing Trust to respond to housing <br />needs in a timely fashion. This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to accept the explanation for Article 13. <br />Motion seconded by Keith Machado. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />Article #14 – Transfer Community Preservation Fund Budget for Appropriation Reserve <br />funds to the First Pentecostal Church's exterior historic renovation project <br />The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this article to <br />authorize the use of community preservation fund budget for appropriation reserve for the <br />historic renovation project to the First Pentecostal Church. <br />This project results in a historic preservation restriction being placed on this property in <br />perpetuity. <br />This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to accept the explanation for Article 14. <br />Motion seconded by Greg McKelvey. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br />Article #15 – Transfer Community Preservation Fund Historic Preservation Reserve <br />funds to the exterior historic preservation project at 701 Great Neck Road South <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
