<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />March 26,2026 <br /> <br />The Finance Committee vote unanimously to not recommend approval of this article <br />because we feel Community preservation funds should not be used for privately owned <br />properties. <br />CPC funds should only be used for historical locations that are accessible to the public. <br />This article will have no impact on the current year tax rate. <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to accept the explanation for Article 15. <br />Motion seconded by Anne Schnader. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />Article #16 – To allow the Select Board to lease the New Police Station's roof for the <br />installation of solar <br />The Finance Committee voted to recommend approval of this article to allow the Select <br />Board to lease the roof of the New Police Station for the purpose of installing solar panel. <br />The electricity generated will be used by the police station and should result in savings in <br />utility costs.
