This article will have no impact on the current year tax <br />rate. <br />Article #2 – FY2027 Operating Budget (APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT <br />3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this <br />article. The Finance Committee attended the department budget meetings, had the <br />opportunity to discuss and review the proposed budgets with the Town Manager and <br />department heads, and feels that the recommendations made by the Town Manager are <br />fair and reasonable. This article will impact the current year tax rate. <br />Article #3 – FY2027 Capital Projects (APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT 3/19/2026) <br />FINCOM: The Finance Committee voted to recommend approval of this article. The <br />Finance Committee reviewed the CIP Recommendations and found them to be in <br />accordance with their 5-year plan. This article will have no impact on the current year tax <br />rate. <br />Article #4 - To fund the Personnel Administration Plan (P.A.P.) Appendix B and Appendix <br />C employees contract increases <br />The Finance Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of this article so the <br />town will be able to honor their contractual agreement with Personnel Administration Plan <br />(P.A.P.) Appendix B and Appendix C employees union. This article will have no impact on <br />the current year tax rate but it will impact the tax rate for FY 2028. <br />Motion made by Jamie Schuh to approve explanation with needed modifications for <br />Articles 4-12. <br />Motion seconded by Darelene Furbush. <br />Vote 7-0 <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br /> <br />
