Marie Stevenson, Dan Kupferman, Gail Wilson, Ryan Nardone, Trish Hill, Kim <br /> Landry, Richard Klein, Mohamad Fand, Mohamad Zefzaf, <br /> Also Present: Lauren Surbey—The Mashpee Enterprise <br /> Absent: Winnie Johnson-Graham, Lillian Lewis, Fernanda Lima, Max Nash, Amy Peters <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Stevenson called the meeting of the Mashpee Inclusion and Diversity Committee to <br /> order at 5:OOP.M. <br /> LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br /> Today we acknowledge this meeting is being held on ancestral lands of the Wampanoag Tribe, <br /> also known as People of the First Light. We pay respects to their elders, past and present. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES - March 17, 2026 <br /> Ms. Landry and Mr. Kupferman contributed corrections. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dan Kupferman made a motion to approve the meeting minutes as amended. <br /> Seconded by Richard Klein. All in favor. <br /> Gail Wilson would like to suggest adding `Additional Items' back to the agenda, these are items <br /> not reasonably anticipated by the Chair. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Column (Future Planning) <br /> After Mr. Kupferman completed his run with the column, we started a new series and provided <br /> an introductory article explaining the new direction the column would be taking. Committee <br /> members and community members discussed different diversities each month, usually from <br /> their own perspectives and experiences. <br /> 1 <br />
