Mr. <br />Livingston makes a motion to accept minutes as submitted. All in favor. <br /> <br />39 Lovells Ln <br />Agent Zackary Seabury explains that Mr. Bryant is present at the meeting. He is looking <br />for a variance for the system. <br /> <br />Mr. Bryan respectfully asks the Board to modify the current septic repair order and <br />allow additional time for the system to be evaluated under the corrected conditions. <br />The toilet had been continuously running, and he has had the toilet fixed and explains <br />there has not been any more breakouts. He feels the issue has been corrected. Mr. <br />Bryan asks the Board to allow the current system to remain in use. <br /> <br />He would like relief from making repairs to the current system and not be directed to <br />install an I/A system. Agent Seabury explains the options for Mr. Bryan. <br /> <br /> Option 1- Deny the request all together. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
