MINUTES: <br /> The April 8,2026 Minutes were presented by Chair David Egel. James Loew motioned <br /> to approve the Minutes; seconded by Rachel Hodgman; approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment, <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Rachel Hodgman motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Christine <br /> Perrault; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
