Chairman, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, Scott Goldstein, <br /> Sharon Sangeleer, and Associate Members, Charles Reidy, and Michael Morizio were present. <br /> Building Commissioner, David Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 49 The Heights: Owners, Jan Aggerbeck and Pamela S. Aggerbeck, Trustees request a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17, §174-33, and §174-34, of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of <br /> an inground pool on property located in the R-3 Zoning District, and Willowbend neighborhood, <br /> Map 69,Parcel 168, Mashpee, MA. (Received letter from Attorney requesting continuance until <br /> May 27, 2026, hearings). <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the five (5) regular Board members. <br /> Mr. Reidy read Attorney Kirrane's letter into the record requesting a continuance until May 27, <br /> 2026. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush so moved. Ms. <br /> Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 279 Monomoscoy Road: Owner,Patrick Dale is requesting a Modification to the existing Special <br /> Permit (SP-2024-04) to allow for an 8' x 14' plunge pool situated within the patio area in the rear <br /> of the lot on property located in the R-3 Zoning District, Map 120, Parcel 17, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Dale represented himself for a Modification request to the existing Special Permit for a plunge <br /> pool located on his property. On January 10, 2024, the Zoning Board issued a Special Permit for <br /> a raze and replace of his home. The project was before the Conservation Commission several <br /> meetings and received a Superseding Order of Conditions from Massachusetts Department of <br /> Environmental Protection (DEP) on October 3, 2024. <br /> 1 <br />
