MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 13, 2026 <br /> 9 Santuit Lane: Owner, 9 Santuit Lane, LLC requests a Modification to an existing Special <br /> Permit(SP-2025-01)to allow for construction of a covered deck on the northly side of the house, <br /> and to enlarge a partially covered deck in the rear of the property located in an R-5 Zoning District, <br /> Map 30, Parcel 15, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Morizio read Attorney Brian Wall's letter dated May 8, 2026, into the record requesting a <br /> continuance until June 24, 2026. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush so moved. Mr. Blaisdell <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 0 Gunters Lane (Map 2, Parcel 170): Discussion and votes on the Petition submitted by Marc <br /> Drainville on behalf of the Town of Mashpee to modify Special Permit SP-87-05-053 (Pimlico <br /> Heights cluster subdivision) to remove land from the open space restrictions of the permit for <br /> potential location of a wastewater treatment facility. (SP-2026-06). <br /> Mr.Bonvie informed the Board stating that this public hearing is closed to the public.He instructed <br /> the Board to read the Decision and the three(3) motions into the record that will require a roll call <br /> vote. <br /> The Board members took turns reading the nine-page Decision into the record. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked Mr. Morizio to read "Motion 1" into the record. Mr. Furbush second. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked a roll call vote; Mr. Morizio, in favor, Mr. Goldstein, in favor, Mr. Furbush, in <br /> favor, Mr. Bonvie, in favor, Ms. Sangeleer, against. Motion carries 4-1 in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked Mr. Goldstein to read "Motion 2" into the record. Mr. Furbush second. Mr. <br /> Bonvie asked a roll call vote;Mr.Morizio,in favor,Mr. Goldstein,in favor, Mr. Furbush,in favor, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, in favor, and Ms. Sangeleer, against.
