The project <br /> involved the proposed raising and reconstruction of an existing single-family dwelling with associated <br /> appurtenances. <br /> It was noted that the hearing had been previously continued from March 19 and April 2. (Representative: Grady Consulting, LLC) (cont. 4.02) 43- <br /> 3408 <br /> The Commission continued the hearing for 31 Nick Trail(DEP File No. 43-3408). The applicant, 31 Nick <br /> Trail LLC, was represented by Attorney Brian Wall and Scott Finara of Grady Consulting, who presented the <br /> project. <br /> Mr. Wall explained that the proposal involved raising and replacing an existing non-compliant single-family <br /> dwelling, originally constructed in 1953, with a new flood-compliant structure within the same footprint. He <br /> noted that the site was located within land subject to coastal storm flowage and that the matter had been <br /> previously continued to allow for plan revisions. <br /> 3 <br />
