Finding 30 redlines show it <br /> referes to east bound left lane peak hour. Finding 22 is with respect to Mr. Lucas' e-mail about <br /> particular locations. <br /> Mr. Tobin doesn't think it matters. Ms. Waygan still wants to make it as strong as possible. <br /> Mr. Lucas stated the study is only analyzing peak hours. <br /> Mr. Tobin thinks it's redundant to keep saying at peak hours, if the traffic study only looks at <br /> peak hours and the wording Ms. Waygan is requesting is already at the beginning of the <br /> paragraph in the sentence that introduces and describes the two sentences Ms. Waygan is <br /> referring to. <br /> Ms. Waygan is specifically looking at Point 22, adding at peak hours. She wants to be clear. <br /> She asked Mr. Lucas if it clarified or made it unclear. <br /> Mr. Lucas stated it clarifies the statement, depending on day and time or at peak hours. <br /> Depending on location day and time, ranges can occur at different times. <br /> Mr. Tobin commented it is industry custom. Any technical expert would know that range, based <br /> on the study, would only look at peak hours. This entire paragraph starts with a general <br /> statement that the information depends on location, day, and time. Each sentence following <br /> then breaks down specific ranges for different locations in the general statement. He would <br /> need to add depending on location, day, and time, which already exists in the second <br /> sentence, two more times, to the third and fourth sentences.
