All in favor. <br /> It was noted that the 244 units were doubled when accounting for the residential buildout. It <br /> was then questioned if that ever got corrected. The Built column is correct, when comparing <br /> the data sets, they use built vs. no build. It was not revealed <br /> in the study, it is not obvious, but an understandable concept. The concept was then brought <br /> forward and discussed with our traffic engineer. <br /> Ms. Waygan is uncomfortable with the mixing zone comment about increasing probability of <br /> accidents, as it is already there and is not linked to this project. She is concerned with the last <br /> sentence and doesn't think this project will significantly impact this. <br /> Mr. Milbury noted he likes that sentence; an increased mixing zone will increase probability. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mike Millbury made a motion to approve Finding #25. Seconded by Karen Faulkner. <br /> Dennis Balzarini opposed. Mary Waygan opposed. (3-2) <br /> Mr. Tobin noted this wording was added by Mr. Lucas, the peer review traffic engineer, and he <br /> supports the language and finds it factually accurate.
