Seconded by Mike Milbury. All in favor. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to authorize Chair Mary Waygan to send that <br /> information to the Select Board and Town Administration for the posting of the <br /> vacancy, and a joint meeting be scheduled for consideration, and involve the <br /> Tribe in this process. Seconded by Rob Hansen. All in favor. <br /> CHAIRS REPORT <br /> LCP Survey <br /> Comments were submitted to the Planning Department. The Select Board had nice comments, <br /> they appreciated the work. <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> MassDOT Meeting <br /> The Town Planner and Mr. Milbry met with technical experts and representative from <br /> MassDOT District 5 regarding the grant application. The meeting was positive and resulted in <br /> the submission of a grant application. This Board provided a letter of support for this grant for <br /> state funding towards a town wide traffic study. The Select Board also provided one, as did <br /> MassDOT District 5. He finalized the One Stop application for$500,000 in state funding. The <br /> Town matched $20,000 in funds. This evening's packet has the MassDOT Route 28 growth <br /> grant sketches. This will be a robust state-sponsored traffic study that will propose detailed <br /> concept plans based on results from the Traffic Study. The Engineering Corp. drew this map, <br /> and they are assisting us with the application. <br /> SRHS Funding for FY2027 <br /> The Shared Regional Housing Services program had an application submitted through the <br /> AHC to the Community Preservation Committee, and the AHT has committed to pay for the <br /> first quarter. <br /> Other Misc. Items <br /> 7/1 Meeting - LCP Public Hearing start time 6:50PM. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to schedule the LCP Public Hearing to July 1, <br /> 2026 at 6:50PM.
