The Board finds under §174-17, §174-33, and §174-34, as submitted, is not <br />substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood, and allows for <br />construction of an inground pool on property located in the R-3 Zoning District, <br />and Willowbend neighborhood, Map 69, Parcel 168, Mashpee, MA. <br /> <br />Ms. Sangeleer second. <br /> <br />Mr. Bonvie took a roll call vote; Mr. Goldstein, in favor, Mr. Blaisdell, in favor. Ms. <br />Sangeler, in favor, Mr. Bonvie, in favor, Mr. Furbush, against. The Board voted 4-1 <br />for the Written Finding request for the construction of the pool. <br /> <br /> <br />68 Waterway: Owners, Robert C. Junkin and Beth Ann Junkin request a Special <br />Permit under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an <br />existing single-family structure with a new building code and flood zone compliant <br />single-family structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 105, <br />Parcel 212, Mashpee, MA. (Received continuance request from Attorney). <br /> <br />Sitting on this hearing are Mr. Blaisdell, Mr. Reidy, Mr. Furbush, Mr. Bonvie and <br />Ms. Sangeleer. <br /> <br />Attorney Kirrane confirmed his request for continuance will be Wednesday, July 8, <br />2026. The project is currently being heard by the Conservation Commission. Mr. <br />Reidy read the email request into the record and motioned to approve. Mr. Furbush <br />second. All were in favor. <br /> <br />15 Nehoiden Road: Owners, Matthew H. Brogie and Carmen F. Brogie request a <br />Written Finding under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an <br />attached garage addition with a second floor and replacing an existing deck on <br />property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 125, Parcel 111, Mashpee, MA. <br /> <br />Sitting on this hearing are the five regular Board Members. <br /> <br />Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the homeowners. There are two <br />components of this proposal; a garage and removal of a deck to be replaced with a <br />paver patio.
