Further down, the Town Planner suggested a turning lane, and <br /> we were met with a claim by the petitioner that it was too expensive, with too much <br /> engineering. <br /> Ms. Faulkner also edited Page 4, saying the smallest disruptions can have spillbacks and <br /> queuing. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from May 20, <br /> 2026 as amended. Seconded by Karen Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Jean Christy plans to make site visits by the end of this week and will be able to provide a <br /> better update for the next meeting. She is currently reviewing civil draft findings. <br /> Mr. Milbury inquired about dirt piles as high as 30ft. tall on Topspin Way. He also noted it has <br /> been reduced by 20% in the last 8 hours. <br /> Mr. Balzarini thinks they are going to fill in and come back to ask for another house. <br /> Ms. Christy will stop by there tomorrow morning and look at it. Ms. Waygan asked her to follow <br /> up if anything should change. <br /> Approval of Invoice <br /> Invoice TB-103766 <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to approve the invoice for $7,011.10, for peer <br /> review services at Shellback/Trader Joes. Seconded by Mike Milbury. All in favor. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> LCP- Feedback from CCC <br /> Brian Tobin, Town Planner stated this is in the packet, and the Commission provided four <br /> pages of feedback and suggestions. He had a meeting this week with Chloe Schafer, Chief <br /> Planner, and since then he has incorporated most of their suggestions. There are two items he <br /> wanted to discuss further with the Board. He added an additional paragraph to the Growth <br /> Policy that expresses the same language in the Regional Policy Plan, that he will share with <br /> the Board on the overhead screen. The themes already discussed in the prior paragraph are <br /> consistent with the broader vision for Cape Cod, as expressed in the RPP: development with <br /> sufficient infrastructure support, along areas of sewer with traffic capacity, avoided in areas of <br /> 2 <br />
